“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you.” – Isaiah 54:10

Trust in the midst of turmoil; love in the midst of hate; compassion in the midst of judgment; peace in the midst of confusion. Try to wrap your mind around it. You can’t. You won’t. Not completely. The Father God – the Ancient of Days – His ways to our ways may be compare to a drop to an ocean. There is no comparison – the mass, the depth, and the movement between the two is vastly distinct; one clearly more powerful than the other. That’s our ways and God’s ways. He is God. And there is none like Him.

“You are my witnesses, says the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.”

– Isaiah 43:10

God was, He is, and He will be.

I love that.

He is a God of forever.
